assistance or guidance, we will depute our service engineer to your place, help
you resolve problems. In addition, we will go overboard and do regular after-sale
research and help in keeping your machine in good condition all the time.
Civimec Engineering puts its emphasis and also strives hard to provide excellent
post-sales service and spare parts support by providing the required spares. Our
new generation and state-of-the-art plants are environment-friendly and capable
of handling challenging projects.

Spare Support

Our customers opt for the very best at all times. At Civimec, we make sure that
our customers get quality spare parts and outstanding after-sales service through
our wide service network. Thus ensuring that customers get the required spare
parts in the shortest possible time. We have a dedicated division for spares,
which is fully equipped to support the customers for their requisition for spares
related to the equipment mentioned above.

Annual Contract

In the maintenance contract, the customers have a choice in opting either: Annual
Contract-AMC and Monthly Maintenance Contract-MMC. The maintenance contracts are completely based on the product class and the specific need. The contract could involve a resident service engineer at the client side to take care of the equipment maintenance and could have a contingency plan to resolve the problematic situations which crop up due to the operation of equipment and also to enhance the equipment productivity. In this case, the service technician would be equipped with the appropriate tools and would be capable to handle the equipment maintenance and repair and could even involve the replacement of the spares, lubricants and the subsequent technical service.
